I had to embark on my own healing journey in order to know what's on the other side. So I've been where you sit. We're in this together.
As humans, we are wired to seek understanding and a sense of belonging. We all have a need to share what we are going through in a place we feel safe, with someone who will respect and validate our experiences, and gently nudge us forward. This is the space I strive to create with you so you can heal, transform, and fully embody your potential.
Together, we will do healing work that is brain-changing and life-enhancing. It is deep, fulfilling, and sometimes painful, but you will never be alone.
I am deeply influenced by relational psychodynamic and attachment theories, meaning that while we may explore significant relationships from your past, growth and healing occur when we work with emotions and relationships in the present. Working directly with core feelings can lead to lasting change. To accomplish this, there is an experiential component to our work, in which we will pay attention to feelings and experiences in the moment, as well as processing the relationship dynamic occurring between us, using our relationship as a means of understanding and growth.
I look forward to meeting you.
