Online therapy for driven professionals and college students in NYC navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, and insomnia
Helping deep-thinkers find more ease,
connection, and rest.
Does any of this feel true for you?
To the outside world, you handle your responsibilities and career with ease, but your internal world feels exhausting.

-
The pressure to be seen as "enough" has cost you a lot. You're left feeling exhausted by the constant self-monitoring and self-criticism.
 -
You're the "dependable" one. You find it near impossible to say no. It's burning you out and you feel guilty for being irritable with the people you care about.
 -
Relationships are really important to you, but you also feel anxious, confused, or distant. You fear the loneliness means there's something wrong with you.
 -
Your mind is constantly on the go and you find it difficult to relax. You feel restless when you try to slow down and worry about the long-term physical toll.
You long to feel more at home in yourself.
I want that for you, too.

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
I'm Sabrina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York. I believe a trauma-informed, holistic environment free from shame and judgment is critically important to doing this brave work. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in real human connection.

Most of my clients have already tried standard talk therapy and found it didn't change their core triggers. Therapy with me is active, experiential, and grounded in real human connection. Using somatic and attachment-based therapies (AEDP and EFIT), we won't just analyze your past, we work directly with your nervous system to change how anxiety lives in your body in the present moment.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, while still creating room for meaningful change. With curiosity and compassion, we’ll talk, sometimes laugh (that matters!), explore your inner world, make sense of your experiences, and create the conditions that help you feel more like yourself.
